Mid Wife, Mrs Nolan, came in recently to talk to the children in Primary 1 during their 'All about me' topic.
Primary 1 were learning “All about me” for their World Around Us topic. As part of our topic, we invited Mrs Nolan (Ella Rose’s mum) who is a mid-wife to talk to us about babies, how they grow and how we look after babies. She told us all about her job and showed us all the things that she does when a new baby is born. We found out lots of interesting facts about new born babies and about how we grow. This visit also shared links with our topic – “People who help us”.
