Last week, we read the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. The children loved talking about their favourite characters and sequencing the story. On Wednesday we had a special treat - we made porridge, just like the Three Bears! We talked about everything we needed to make the porridge - oats, milk, a bowl, a spoon and a microwave. The children enjoyed mixing the oats and the milk. Mrs Byrne took the porridge mixture to the staff room to heat it up and we could smell the delicious porridge up the corridor! It was a huge bowl of porridge and we all ate every bite, it was so yummy!
