Gaelic games are a very important part of the life of St.Dallan's. Throughout their 7 years at the school, children have numerous opportunities to be coached and represent the school in football, camogie and hurling.

Key Stage 1 pupils have a GAA coach, Macartan Mc Kenna, coaching the essential agility, balance and co-ordination skills necessary for all sports.Primary 2 and 3 can avail of this training in an after school session.

Primary 4-7 receive coaching throughout the year: football with Benny Coulter, hurling/camogie with Down County Coach, Liam Hardy.

Gaelic games for girls are catered for in St. Dallan's with Camogie. There is training throughout the year in conjunction with the local St. Peter's Camogie Club.
